Effectiveness Over Efficiency
Focus on achieving the right goal; don’t get caught up in hitting the wrong goal in the most efficient possible way.
Feedback is a Gift
Feedback should be given and received continuously. It’s just as important to highlight what people do well as what they could do better. Feedback without examples is not feedback.
Giving the full context and sharing as much information as possible empowers people to make better decisions.
